Value your life in the festive season – youth told

By Innocent Ruhangariyo
Kabale – The youth have been advised to be very health conscious during the festive season by not engaging in reckless behaviour.
This was said Sunday by Onesmus Nuwamanya the Uganda Christian University Bishop Barham University college  ethics and integrity minister while speaking to our reporter after the second service at St. Peter’s Cathedral Rugarama in Kabale municipality.
, young people always engage acts that are not beneficial like drinking alcohol and fornication which puts their lives at a great risk of getting several sexually transmitted diseases and sometimes loss of lives.
Nuwamanya further implored the youth to get involved in helping their parents in domestic activities, and listening to them, adding that by doing so, it will contribute to moral development among the young generation.
This message comes when Christians are preparing to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ that always happen every 25th  of December and commonly known as Christmas day.
