Lyantonde Woman MP hopeful lauds youth for their music passion

LYANTONDE – On Thursday this week it was massive at Kaliro town Council in Lyantonde Distric as thousands of youths in the district and other people flooded the music Galla that was organised at Lyantonde Technical Institute.

The event that was hosted by Bishop Elisa Mujuni of Full Gospel Churches in Lyantonde, and was mainly sponsored by Ms. Daphne Rwakiiki, MK-Movement diehard but also eying for Lyantonde 2026 woman MP seat.

Among the people who attended included; Rev. Elidard Birungi, the deputy Regional overseer, Pastor Elidard Karuhanga Regional Youths Chairperson among other leaders of Full Gospel Church in Lyantonde.

The event that attracted a large following was also organised under the theme: Ambitious and Development, where the winners walked away with zonal music trophy.

While speaking as the guest of honour, Hon. Daphne Rwakiiki acknowledgeed her her deep happiness as the guest of honour of the Music Gala. Adding that the warmth of the reception was in genuine and appreciated for the audience made to which she said it an unforgettable experience. “Being a part of such a talented & dedicated musical community was truly inspiring” said Ms. Rwakiiki.

She noted that, the performances were exceptional and the entire event showcased the passion and commitment of everyone that was involved. “I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for this special honor. Your hospitality and the incredible atmosphere created by by the talented musicians made it an evening I will cherish forever” she added.

Conclusively, Ms. Rwakiiki thanked everyone’s contribution to the event and assured them that it was just the beginning, promossing them more of such to come in the District.
