News reaching our Gossip desk at Wallnetnews, is that Hoima’s socialite Dorcus Mbabazi known as “Sweet Dorcus” by most party lovers in Oil City, who is also an events promoter is hosting an end of year party for its 200 registered platform members “Sweet Dorcus Promotions”!

One might think it’s the inaugural edition but this years party will be the third edition. It’s a common trend tradition she holds end of year parties where members come together for meet and greet.
