My name is John, a father of five from Nakuru, Kenya, and I want to share my experience with families who are struggling with ongoing disagreements, misunderstandings, and a lack of peace at home.

For many years, my household was trapped in a cycle of constant conflict, and there were weeks when we couldn’t go without a serious argument.
