This bold initiative comes in response to the appointment of a male chairperson by the World Netball Normalisation Committee, sparking a wave of enthusiasm and determination among Ugandan men to actively participate in the governance of the sport they love.

Historically, Netball has been predominantly associated with women, both in terms of players and administrators.

However, the landscape is rapidly evolving, and the inclusion of men in leadership positions is a testament to the sport’s commitment to diversity and equality.
