Uganda Hockey announce 36-Player Squad Men and Women for the Zambezi series

Uganda Hockey has announced a 36-player squad, comprising both men and women, along with 14 reserves, for the upcoming Zambezi Series scheduled to take place between June 7th and 9th, 2024.

The event will be held at the Olympic Youth Development Center in Lusaka, Zambia.

During the series, Uganda is set to compete against teams from Malawi and Zambia, promising an exciting competition.

The selected squad reflects the depth of talent in Ugandan hockey and underscores the country’s commitment to excelling in regional competitions.

The inclusion of both main squad members and reserves ensures that the team is well-prepared and versatile, ready to face the challenges posed by their regional rivals.

The Zambezi Series provides a crucial platform for Uganda to showcase its hockey skills, build team cohesion, and gain valuable international experience ahead of future competitions.

The athletes and coaching staff are eager to represent their country and aim to achieve outstanding results in Lusaka.
