Saturday, March 9th 2024, will  mark a pivotal moment for the future of sports in Uganda’s primary schools as the Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association (UPSSA) district elections take center stage.

The air is charged with anticipation as representatives from various districts gather to cast their votes and chart the course for the development of sports at the grassroots level.

In classrooms, playgrounds, and community centers across the nation, the spirit of democracy permeates as candidates vying for leadership positions in UPSSA present their visions for fostering a culture of sports excellence among Uganda’s youngest athletes.
