The defending champions of the Stanbic Uganda Cup BUL FC have on Monday edged Buganda region side Sparks FC 1-0 in the Round of 64.
In the game that was played at Kirondo playground in Mukono, the Startimes Uganda Premier League outfit scored through Hillary Onek in the 51st minute.

Kampala region side Ntinda United FC against FUFA Big League side Ndejje University FC is the other game that was played on the day and it is the latter that won it 3-1 at Kampala Quality playground.
The visitors scored their 3 goals in the first half thanks to Wasswa Nsale’s brace in the first two minutes and a goal from Obedi Brian in the 9″ while the hosts’ consolation came in the second half.

BUL and Ndejje have advanced to the Round of 32 where they have joined 5 other teams that won their games on Sunday.
FBL table leaders Kitara FC, eastern region side Admin FC, northern region’s Pajule Lions FC, Blue Stars FC from Kitara region, Junior Eagles FC of north eastern eegion are the 5 teams that reached the Round of 32 on Sunday.
There will be 3 games on Tuesday, 31st January as 2022 losing finalists Vipers SC who play in the Startimes Uganda Premier League visit Kitara rregion side Bujumbura United FC at Kibajwa P/S in Hoima at 4pm.
Jinja North United FC who are 7th in the FBL will visit eastern region side Busei FC at Ssaza grounds in Iganga at 4pm.
Whereas FBL’s 5th positioned Calvary FC will also be in Iganga to play eastern region side Budondo United FC at Budondo sub-county at 4pm.
