Capt. JB Bamuturaki asks for vigilance among the public over insecurity

As Christians set to celebrate the Christmas festive, the public has been appealed to be more vigilant especially during these days when security is on threat after the terror that occured in Kamwengye District where the suspected ADF rebels murdered innocent  citizens.
The Former Mbarara District LC5 Chairman, Retired Capt. John Bosco Tumusiime Bamuturaki made this call in his Christmas message to the people of Mbarara that they should be extra conscious during this festive season as criminals are preparing or are gearing up to destabilize the peaceful festive season. He says that the livestock theft, the housebreak have gone up and also this ADF which is not far away from these districts of western Uganda.
He said that people should be more vigilant during this festive season. That they should not relax as situation can get out of hands at any time.
“The motive of Terrorism is to create fear within our people, to make people panic and to make people uncomfortable. I encourage people who move at night to move consciously even during the day. I also encourage you to report suspicious movements within your areas with security forces” said Capt. Bamuturaki.
Bamuturaki has also asked the people of Mbarara who are going to celebrate the Christmas festive to spend sparingly due to the current bad economy. He said that the schools are opening soon after the festive season, so parents must have the culture of saving.
JB Bamuturaki is currently on ground in search of votes for the next elections for MP seat.  The latest is that the retired solder gives sleepless nights to the current Member of Parliament for Kashari South Nathan Itungo whom electorates accuse of deserve.
