KAMPALA- The Sunday of August 11th 2024, was an imperative day in the history of Rwanda where H.E Paul Kagame was sworn-in for the fourth term as Rwanda’s President after winning an election with a landslide victory of 99 percent in July.

Several heads of state including; Presidents William Ruto of Kenya, Samia Suluhu Hassan of Tanzania, Salva Kiir of South Sudan, Umaro Sissoco Embalo of Guinea Bissau, Emmerson of Zimbabwe, Filipe Nyusi of Mozambique, Brice Oligul Nguema of Gabon among others who made a total of 22 heads of state.

Uganda was represented by the Vice President HE. Jessica Alupo in company of the Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor Special Operations Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. On his arrived at Amahoro Stadium. Muhoozi was accorded with a Presidential motorcade entourage of H.E president Kagame.

Prior to this inaugural ceremony, Gen. Muhooozi Kainerugaba on 05th Aug 2024 at 11:46hours comfirmed his blessing to the inauguration ceremony of Afande Kagame.
“I am happy to announce that I will be visiting my second home, Rwanda, soon. I will attend Afande Kagame’s inauguration ceremony. It will be, without doubt, the biggest celebration in Africa this year. Rukundo Egumeho!” –Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba said through his official X handle.

Ugandans and the world at large have been anxiously waiting to see how the celebration would be the biggest in Africa quoting from the Gen’s statements said on X.
The world was put to a challenge when whatever Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba tweeted on 05th Aug while confirming his blessing to the inauguration, came to reality yesterday where over 22 heads of state attended including other dignitaries from different states. The argument however has remained whether Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba had direct input in the preparations for such a memorable event or whether he is a real Muchwezi that foretells his expectations.

As the argument draws closer, majority of the world believe that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s influence on the political scene of Uganda and Rwanda has for the recent past surpassed the level of great leaders in history like Hitler and Nelson Mandela.
This is quoted from the recent influence in bringing together the two countries (Uganda and Rwanda) that had developed wrangles for over five years which had affected borders remaining closed until the unifier Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba came in and bridged the gap.

H.E Paul Kagame after finishing five years without coming to Uganda, came recently at the invitation of Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba to celebrate his 48th birthday.
During the celebration, H.E Kagame comfirmed how the peace now prevailing between Uganda and Rwanda has been fostered by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
Later earlier last year, H.E Kagame organized a 49th birthday party in honor of the great statesman Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and invited him in Rwanda where he gifted him with cows affirming his bond with Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and Uganda at large.

Yesterday’s inauguration ceremony comfirmed Uganda Rwanda strong ties when H.E Kagame allowed the Presidential motorcade to drive Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba to the Amahoro Stadium to witness the greatest event.
The entire world’s media was focused on Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba spotted in a VVIP section that had the first family of Rwanda, CDS-RDF and Chief Justice preparing to inaugurate HE Kagame for his 4th term as President of Rwanda.

Uganda awaits to invite H.E Paul Kagame in 2026 at the inauguration of H.E Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba whom they are requesting to stand for Presidency and they vote for him massively.
The future remains unpredictable.
