In an exciting showdown for the Kween District Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association (UPSSA) Chairperson seat, Zakayo Augustine and Bushendich Robert are gearing up for a spirited competition that promises to energize the local sports community.

Zakayo Augustine, a dynamic and passionate advocate for sports development at the primary school level, brings a wealth of experience and innovative ideas to the table.

With a vision to enhance sports infrastructure, promote inclusivity, and uncover and nurture young talent, Augustine aims to elevate the district’s standing in primary school sports.

Challenging him is Bushendich Robert, a respected figure known for his dedication to youth empowerment through sports.

Come election day, Saturday, March 9th 2024,  the voters of Kween District will have the chance to choose between Zakayo Augustine and Bushendich Robert, two dedicated individuals with a shared goal of advancing primary school sports.

The race for the UPSSA Chairperson seat in Kween District promises not only a battle for leadership but also a commitment to nurturing the sporting talents of the next generation, shaping the future of sports in the district.

According to the nominated Cadidates UPSSA election form 2024 from returning officer of Kween district Martin Mashandich seen by wallnetnews, In a unique turn of events, Cherrey David, Chelangant Alfred, and Chemonges Moses emerge as uncontested candidates in the Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association (UPSSA) elections.

This trio of dedicated individuals have garnered widespread support, reflecting a vote of confidence from the local community in their ability to lead and uplift primary school sports in Uganda.

Cherrey David, with a proven track record in sports administration and a passion for youth development, stands unopposed  on Vice-Chairperson seat as a beacon of continuity and progress within UPSSA.

His vision centers on expanding sports opportunities for primary school students, fostering a culture of sportsmanship, and enhancing infrastructure to create an environment conducive to athletic excellence.

Chelangant Alfred, a respected figure known for his commitment to grassroots sports initiatives, is set to continue his journey unopposed for Assistant secretary.
