USSSA Convinced of Teso College-Aloet’s Capacity to Host Ball Games II

The Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) has expressed confidence in Teso College-Aloet’s ability to successfully host the Ball Games II.

This assurance comes from Vice President Twahiri Kitezaala, who also serves as the Chairman of the National Organizing Committee for the event.

“Teso College-Aloet has demonstrated remarkable preparedness and capability to host the upcoming Ball Games II. Their facilities, organizational structure, and commitment to sports development make them an ideal venue for this significant event,” stated Vice President Twahiri Kitezaala.

Teso College-Aloet boasts top-notch sports facilities, including well-maintained fields and courts, which are crucial for the various sports that will be featured in the Ball Games II.

The school administration headed by Mr Opasso Julius has shown exceptional organizational skills in past events, ensuring that all logistical aspects, from accommodation to scheduling, are handled efficiently.

The local community has also expressed strong support for hosting the event, promising an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere for all participants and visitors.

The Ball Games II will feature a range of sports, providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their talents in; Rugby 7s, Handball, Basketball 3×3, Netball, Volleyball, Athletics, Football U15, Dancesport and Lacrosse

Preparations at Teso College-Aloet are in full swing. The school is working closely with the USSSA and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and executed.

Vice President Twahiri Kitezaala emphasized the importance of community and stakeholder engagement. “We are working closely with local authorities, sponsors, and the community to ensure that the Ball Games II are not only a sporting success but also a memorable experience for everyone involved,” he said.
