KAMPALA – In accordance with National Resistance Movement (NRM) Constitution, the NRM Parliamentary caucus consists of all NRM members of Parliament. And the Executive Committee of the NRM Parliamentary caucus is elected by the caucus members. These work hand in hand with the Government Chief whip who is appointment by the Executive (President).
