She noted that because of its location on the Kampala-Masaka highway, they also offer their services to travellers which also contribute to the high patient numbers at the facility.
She highlighted a number of challenges experienced especially in the personnel department, where there is need for more recruitment of staff and promotions, more structures among others.

The TIP agenda aims at of improving technology by launching applications that can be used in hospitals and health centers including all other service areas. Where as under infrastructure; hospital blocks, terrain in the facilities, walkways, and with people; the wellbeing of people, how they are being treated,  the medicines they have at the facility and others that are needed, the health workers if they are being looked after well among others.
Kisaka appreciated the work of the health workers led by the in-charge, Sister Irene Kawooya, and urged them to carry on with the good work.
“These health workers together with their junior staff have done a great and fantastic work, and as you know we have been in a difficult period for the past two years, but they have been on top their game,” Kisaka said.
