Inside UPDF’s New Promotion And Confirmation Of Over 500 Senior Junior, Officers

H.E the President and Commander in Chief of the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces has promoted 469 and confirmed 28 Senior and Junior officer ranks of the UPDF.  This is according to a press statement dated 8th September that was seen by this publication.
