Glitz & Glamour Headline ‘Sabotage’ Movie Audition Launch

It was glitz, pomp and glamour at the launch of physical auditions for’ Sabotage’ movie at MCI Tirupati mall Kabalagala. Different young, ambitious actresses and actors graced the function. The Ugandan creative scene continues to thrive for sure!

SabotageIs a brainchild of Reach a Hand Uganda to leverage the power of film and shed light on the real-life issues affecting access to health information and services for young women and girls. Young people from various communities can learn about the differences in their daily lives through the Sabotage film, developing one’s self-esteem in areas including networking, public speaking, education, filmmaking, and teamwork.

Humphrey Nabimanya, founder and CEO at Reach a Hand Uganda, who is also the show’s executive producer, says Sabotage will be the most watched Ugandan movie in this millennial history.

He also applauds the efforts of the partners for being relentless in their support to see the Ugandan movie industry grow bigger and go global.

Nabimanya is fast changing the film industry. He made his mark at a really young age when he started up an NGO, Reach A Hand Uganda that is currently rated among the best NGOs globally.

Reach A hand Uganda is a youth serving non-profit organization based in Uganda that focuses on youth empowerment programs with an emphasis on, sexual reproductive health rights of young people aged between 12–24 years including HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.
