In a stunning display of cricket prowess, Uganda men’s national cricket team, Cricket Cranes secured the bronze medal in a thrilling match against Kenya at the 13th African Games. The match, which captivated audiences with its electrifying moments, showcased Uganda’s dominance on the field.

Simon Ssesazi emerged as a standout performer, showcasing his skill with a brilliant knock of 66 runs off just 44 deliveries. Supported by Dinesh Nakrani’s explosive innings of 51* off 21 balls and contributions from Robinson Obuya and Roger Mukasa, Uganda posted a challenging total.
