Be Disciplined and Faithful to God – Bishop Rubaramira to Christians

The Bishop of Kabale Diocese Rt. Rev. Calistus Rubaramira on Tuesday confirmed 841 Christians into the Catholic faith at Christ the King Catholic Parish Kabale municipality.

Preaching during mass at Kabale Municipal stadium in the district, Bishop Rubaramira urged the newly confirmed Christians to be disciplined if they are to be true Christians.

Bishop Rubaramira also implored Christians to have faith in God, learn how to forgive, help the needy, embrace the love of God and be merciful. He also asked then to always appreciate and reflect on the Gods teachings and learn how to live in harmony.

Speaking at the same function, the Woman MP for Rubanda district Akampulira Prossy Mbabazi advised the confirmants to put God first in everything, behave well and work hard in order to be successful in future.

She also advised parents to embrace nurturing their children in line with the Christian virtues.
