By Innocent Ruhangariyo
The youth in Kabale district have been asked to embrace skills to become job creators rather than job seekers.
These statements were made by Ronald Bakaki, the deputy Resident District Commissioner Kabale district during a monitoring exercise at the Skills Development and Production Center in Katiba Village, Muyebe Parish in Buhara sub-county Kabale district.
Bakaki said Uganda has got an improved education which has affected many graduates in terms of opportunities, calling upon the youth in the district to utilize the skills development center, because it is well equipped to support acquisition of more knowledge to become job creators rather than seekers.
